I dont think he is. From reading the stuff online he just doesnt want blood drawn within 48 hours of the fight...he will do 5 days before and directly after the fight. If he is taking them, they will show up in either case. I think it is all to hype the fight up anyway.

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

He is willing to draw blood immediately after the fight. Paquiao just thinks it harms the body to do so 48 hours prior to the fight, yet those in Mayweather's camp are ignoring that and trying to get him to do it before the fight and trying to tarnish Paquiao's image. By the way, Paquiao is filing a defamation lawsuit against Mayweather and co.

I honestly think that Mayweather doesn't want to fight Paquiao and is grasping for straws to avoid that fight.

Mayweather needs Paquiao to make money.

BoxingScene.com, insidesports.ph, Standard Today and Viva Sports learned that crack lawyer Dan Petrocelli who nailed OJ Simpson in a civil suit will handle the case for Pacquiao and Top Rank.

I was reading where they had video footage of him in 24/7 showing he got blood drawn withing 14 days of a fight and he knocked that guy out in the second round. That is when he was saying he would not do it within 30 days of the fight.. On yahoo a couple days ago it said what i previously posted. I guess The mayweather group said that the philippines has some of the best PEDs made. Yeah it thing mayweather is just grasping. Manny gave his urine sample to be sent off for testing. They said the 30th was the deadline for them to come to the terms of the fight...so we will see what happens today.

So, I guess I have to load up on tinolang manok, saluyot, and alugbati! I seriously need some enhancement as my drive can barely reach 220 now, even with my Callaway Diablo driver and juiced up balls. But, woe is me, the missus is still in Davao and won't be here till February to cook for me! :crying:
