Steve and Dona!!!... Congrats !!!

Anyways, I have a question... We're just about to get our I-485 completed and I am stuck with the I-765 (EAD.) Its just this confusion on how we go about our Middle Names (as Filipinos that is.) I am Referring to the item numbers 1 and 2 of the I-765. It is but understandable that Item number 1 is just to put in our New name, as we have already been married... right?... But Item number 2 asks for "Other names (include Maiden Name) of which is already my Middle Name in item number 1..... hmmmm.... Is it alright for me to leave item number 2 blank?... or do I put in my previous Middle name in it?... Hehehehehe!... I hope I dind't make all this more confusing than it already is... I just want to make sure that I fill up all the forms correctly... and having you go through it... I thought it would be alright to ask here... Hope anyone can shed light on the matter...
