Check on Iberia....I left around this time last year and got a ticket for $637 and for students it can go way down to $537. I didn't know about the cookies thing either. I will def have to give that a try sometime.

I am just curious as to where everyone found their tickets to bring their husbands/fiances from morocco.. I did find a really cheap one on expedia for $775 one way from Casa to St Louis on January 19th.. Which is a great price I know.. Just curious as to how much cheaper it could go haha

best way to get cheapest ticket is go to www.cheapoair.com or www.travelone.com and try to book from new york (jfk) to casablanca and then try to book anther ticket from ur city to new york that will be cheapest way.

i did that in all my trips to morocco. and it worked out very well.

I bought a ticket with Iberia for January (with the 15 hour layover),for 570. from Chicago to Casa... then bought a ticket for Omaha to Chicago 180. but I had 100. voucher to use with CheapTickets...

I bought my ticket right thur the Iberia website...!!!

I am not toooooo concerned about the lay over as I am about the flight home and 3 hours connections (with customs and the hightened security checkpoints)...

Seems like Royal Air Maroc has almost double their fares from last year.. I have a friend who knows someone at the airline, and he was told that JFK has raised the fees for landing and harbouring planes at the airport :( Last year I flew round trip in February for $600, this year, I'm flying on almost the same day and paying $1,005..

I found this search engine for flights pretty cool, since one can perform a month-long search.

matrix.itasoftware.com

(Mr. Big Dog told me about it.)

Meaning, you can see the prices for an entire month and choose the cheapest one. Apart from that I like the user

interface. It has some nice graphical gimmicks. But that just on the side.
