Police Clearance....

Ok guys.. plz plz plz plz help... my fiance studied in the UK and India and he was there I think for more than 12 months but not constantly.. he went bak an forth from Jeddah and to those places, does this mean he will need a Police Clearance letter from UK and India. I am not sure if Uk even has his info an how will he able to get it from there if hes not even there.. he left bak in 05 and hasnt been back ever since. What about India? Can anyone help me as we are close to our process... he is in the process of gettin the package from the consulate in Riyadh... please please please help me as I am freakin out and dont want to be denied or even put in AP... pplzzzzzzzzzzzzz help...

I looked at that website and there is a lot of information to fill out, what i am curious about is can he do all this online and then send the payment becuase they are asking for funds from a UK bank. how can he get a clearance whil he is in jeddah. please help? i am really confused... and he also needs to send a picture with someone signing for it in the back as well as proof. i am confsued about that, can he send a passport photo? i dont mind sendin a picture with the both of us in there.. but i dont know i am really confused on what to do.
