I believe it is misspelled intentionally to conceal the contents.

A Russian will probably understand it and be able to translate.

Well since dallasguy7 isn't going to tell us where he got it from, I'm guessing it's from a spam. It used to be somewhat common for spammers to include gibberish in their spams as a way of feeding pattern-matching spam filters with garbage, so as to make them useless. For the most part it didn't work, and most spammers have abandoned this approach. But maybe there are some Russian spammers out there who didn't get the word.

Yes, at some point this gibberish has consisted of coherent sentences composed in Russian.

However, now it does not.

There's nothing in there that makes sense. I can pick out parts of words pretty easily, but there's no pattern to it. I have no idea how it got scrambled so bad.
