No, there are no 'degrees' of irrationality. Either it is, or it isn't. Religion isn't rational. I am sure you are trying to suggest, as is Alien, that if you want to be religous, at least pick an 'innocuous' religion. There isn't one that is better than the other...although if I was to choose the 'least' annoying, I would pick Buddhism.

I think we clearly have more to fear from nations which tout the Atheist line, the last century was quite scary in that regard.
