Hi were almost ready to petition removing conditions. Then another year for citizenship. Once approved for citizenship, then file I-130 for each parent / sibling (+ child). This form takes approximately 4 months for approval. Then how long does it take to get the embassy interview, visa etc.?

Please see http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin...letin_4310.html for averages. For siblings, you can expect to wait about 10+ years before a visa number will be available in your case. A petition for your parents should go much quicker as visa numbers are available immediately. You cannot petition for your sibling's children.

K1: 01/15/2009 (mailed I-129F) - 06/23/2009 (visa received)

AOS: 08/08/2009 (mailed I-485, I-765, & I-131) - 10/29/2009 (received GC)

As a US citizen, it will take about 6-12 months to petition for your parents as Immediate Relatives. Each parent needs his or her own I-130 (so two I-130s). Derivative beneficiaries are not allowed in Immediate Relative cases. Only your parents will get visas.

As a US citizen, it will take 9-11 years for you to petition for your siblings. Your siblings will be the beneficiaries. Their spouses and unmarried children under the CSPA age of 21 (at the time visas become available) will be derivative beneficiaries.

You cannot petition directly for your nephews or nieces. They can only be derivative benefciaires on petitions you filed for their parents (your siblings).
