I received the DS 3032 by mail a little more than 2 weeks ago but my wife hasn't received anything yet. The address for my wife on my DS-3032 is correct. Am I missing something? Can we just use the DS 3032 that I (Petitioner) received?

Yes, you only need one DS-3032 form sent to the NVC. Just make sure she signs it, you can email her a copy and have her email it back to you signed.

2009-08-24 : I-130 Sent

2009-09-02 : I-130 NOA1

2009-09-14 : I-130 Approved

2009-09-21 : NVC Received Case

2009-10-02 : Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill

2009-10-03 : Pay I-864 Bill

2009-10-06 : Receive I-864 Package

2009-10-07 : Return Completed I-864

2009-10-13 : Return Completed DS-3032

2009-10-29 : Receive IV Bill

2009-10-30 : Pay IV Bill

2009-12-22 : Case Completed at NVC

2010-02-10 : Medical Exam

2010-02-21 : Interview

2010-04-05 : Visa in Hand

2010-04-30 : POE
