:guides: In the guides it's stated that for the K-1 process you need to fill out an I-134. The petitioner must fill one out and the co-sponsor will fill out his own I-134. These are to be taken (along with copies of appropriate documentation that goes with those) by your foreign fiance to his/her interview at the consulate.

EDIT: Your timeline states you have completed the K-1 process so I am confused to which part of the process you're referring to and if not the K-1 consulate stage please update your timeline and info so we can provide the correct answer.

If it's the AOS the forms are the I-864.

I asked the question for someone on a different forum.

Yes, we have completed up to the consulate interview where my fiance was denied her visa for an inadmissibility. Currently we are waiting for a decision for our I-601 waiver which is backlogged. We hope to have a decision in the next year. I guess if something is in the guides we shouldn't ask a question?
