I-751 ROCRead the instruction page 2 under criminal history. It can affect the processing.Criminal History If you have ever been arrested or detained by any law enforcement officer for any reason, and no charges were filed, submit:1. An original official statement by the arresting agency or applicable court order confirming that no charges were filed

7. Have you ever been arrested, detained, charged, indicted, fined, or imprisoned for breaking or violating any

law or ordianance (excluding traffic regulations), or committed any crime which you were not arrested in

the United States or abroad?

As you can see it "may" be a problem. ROCs normally don't have interviews but her having been detained "may" warrant an interview.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
