Our of interest, in 1995 when I was 12, I had an MMR shot on the 6th Jan 1995, and another on the 8th Feb 1995... so I really don't think this whole "30 days" thing is new.

I personally recommend reading this that someone else posted: http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/dq/pdf/civil_sur...nstructions.pdf page 2

Also this is link on that link: http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/PDF/wk/mm5753-Immunization.pdf page 2 lists what I, as an adult require.

That's the best link. Woot. I have them all :D

In terms of should you get it? I recommend calling the Civil surgeons in your area: https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=of...office_type=CIV and ask them what sort of price is attached.

Personally I MAY go ahead with the I-693 if the price is reasonable just to avoid any issues because an RFE is just annoying. Or I might not just to see what happens...
