does anyone knows if your medical insurance, which is provided by your employer is accepted at the hospital when doing ur medical

You may want to ask this in the regional section. Also, check with BunzTheMagicSnake, as she's in Jamaica.

Your fiance(e) in on your medical plan?

Most likely the answer is no. however, the answer will be dependent on you r medical insurance coverage... In the USA, coverages are not standarized and differ greatly from plan to plan and employer to employer....

consulate issue... moving to consulate forum...

If you are the beneficiary and in Jamaica, I would suggest you call the place where you are having your medical done and ask if they will take your insurance to cover it.

My instinct tells me they are going to want cash

BUT.....if you were to go get some routine shots that you might need at, say the local clinic or your doctor, the health insurance may very well pay for that.
