Hello Everyone! Has been awhile since I have been on. So if I understand correctly you apply for removal of conditions 90 days before your green card expires or 90 days before your second marriage anniversary? Also will there be an interview associated with this too? We are both 21 and happily married so we have all the evidence. My wife is graduating from her university soon and I am also a student. I recently got laid off from my job becasue the economy is so hott right now  Anyway are only concern was with the removal of conditions do we have to submit income proof again? And if so what is it? We own property and cars too? If we do not meet it will we need a cosigner?

:help:

Thanks in Advance for the help everyone

Corey

Definitely read the guide

You may file as early as 90 days before your GC expires (not 90 days before your 2nd wedding anniversary...which would be a little too early)

Review the form itself too, you are just submitting proof that shows you're married, not proof that you can support her anymore at this stage. The proof can be bills that show both your names at the same address, joint ownership on cars, loans, copies of your driver's licenses or state id's showing same address, tax transcripts from your 2 yrs of marriage etc etc.....pictures together and you can include affidavits from friends and family that confirm your relationship as well.

No co-signer this time around...yay! Some folks do have an interview, but very few it seems.

You must file for Removal of Cond. before the expiration date on the PR/Green Card. You may file as soon as 90 days before this expiration date (but must file before the card/status expires). Marriage anniversary doesn't play a role.

Also will there be an interview associated with this too?

Similar to when filing AOS - there may/may-not be an interview (there can be).

We are both 21 and happily married so we have all the evidence. My wife is graduating from her university soon and I am also a student. I recently got laid off from my job becasue the economy is so hott right now  Anyway are only concern was with the removal of conditions do we have to submit income proof again?

Current earnings does not play a role - previous I-864 is still in effect and does not need to be re-submitted. You may - as part of your evidence of co-mingling of funds, submit recent income tax returns, but that is it.

And if so what is it? We own property and cars too? If we do not meet it will we need a cosigner? No.

Thanks for the quick response! I read the Uscis website and it said 90 days before your anniversary, just checked the visa journey uide and the first think it says is do not confuse anniversary with your marriage and green card date. haha good old visa journey.
