did you fill out the EAD application ? I thought was 2 biometrics thingies.. one for GC, one for EAD... another for AP if you filed that as well.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

No biometrics for AP

With the speed of GC case processing they may not have gotten to it yet... but I also would be curious as you should have had a second biometrics unless they did both case files with your one visit.

It happened to us. Alla received her gren card before the EAD or AP. Go figure. The Green Card negates either one, so don't worry.

The same thing is happening to us. Our AOS interview will be this coming Tuesday (Jan. 12th). Our dates are very similar to yours. My husband had his biometrics done in mid-November 2009. We received his AP in December followed by our interview letter. We still have not received his EAD card though. I was worried about that too. Is that normal? We have our interview in 5 days. Also, if my husband receives his greencard before his EAD, can he start working or no? I'm so confused...
