Hi boy1980,

When is your interview date? Is your case complete?

If you got a letter or RFE from NVC asking for police certifcate, you can take that paper to the commissioner office.

I suggest you get the PCC from the Passport Office first. That way, once you get the PCC from Passport Office, you can show that at your commissioner office and get the Local PCC faster.

Take your original Passport, RFE or appointment letter from NVC, NOA2, IV fee paid document cover sheet.

When you reach there you have to fill out PCC application, and pay the fee at the counter, which is about Rs. 300.

You should get the Passport PCC in 2 weeks.

Once you recieve the Passport PCC, submit it to your local police or commissioner office, and you should get the Local PCC in 2 to 3 days.

Good luck!
