My husband and I are preparing my documents for the AOS.

Do we have to send our wedding pics? Is that required for the AOS? We got married on December 1 in a restaurant in Beverly Hills. It was just the marriage officiant (an ordained minister), one witness, then the bride and the groom who were both in jeans.

We just woke up on December 1 and decided to get married that day. The ordained minister has known us for quite a long time already. We have chosen her prior to the submission of our I-129F package but since the whole visa process was so unpredictable, we didn't set a specific date for the wedding. After all, my husband and I are planning to have two more weddings: one when his parents, sisters, and relatives from the East Coast are present and available, and the other in the Philippines where the whole clan can attend.

Anyway, we already have our marriage certificate now from the Los Angeles County Clerk.

No photos required (except a passport style for the alien) for the initial I-485.... If interviewed then photos can be presented at that time

YMMV
