On G32A, should I already use my married name on FAMILY NAME - GIVEN NAME - MIDDLE NAME.

MArried name is for example, Connie Jimeno Smith.... and single name used to be Connie Santos Jimeno.

So should it be like SMITH CONNIE JIMENO ?

How about on Other names used or ALias? Is it SANTOS?

Pls help!

I didn't change my name after getting married, but I was told to use your legal name for the family name, first name, middle name bit, then under Other names used, put your maiden name.

You may now use your husbands surname ( you are now married right?) so its going to be

Smith Connie Jimeno and write your Maiden name under Aliases or other names used which is Connie Santos Jimeno.

COnratulations and goodluck!

Reference: I did the same thing when i filed my AOS.
