Did you get married before your I-360 got approved or did you commit any crime ? Maybe you answered some questions that triggered them to caution in approving your I-485. Because if Vermont Service Center already approved your case you should be fine unless your local immigration office that interviewed you has or got new facts and evidence against you that might make your already approved petition deniable or that might make you ineligible for the petition. Well write a letter to Vermont Service Center and inquire what happen or contact your lawyer because am smelling some fish here. Tell your lawyer to file Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition I-824 or you might file it yourself. Take Immediate action before its too late. Hi Newbie,

same thing happened to me... my case also transferred to Vermont service center.

did you hear back from them after you case were tranferred? how long it took?

did they send you any ref or just approval?

Please can you share your experience?
