My wife had her interview for k3 visa already and asked for further documentation which we already provided,

as we all know a review can take time...since we also have an approved I130 I am still moving forward with the CR1/IR1...I paid the $70 AOS fee, it showed paid, I submitted the I864 and supporting documents, my wife sent the DS 3032 email and a hard copy fed ex to NVC, we are now waiting for the IV fee to appear on their website so I can pay and submit her DS230 and supporting documents,

She has already had her medical and passed, and is with her passport at the USEM...

My question is:

What happens when these papers for the CR1/IR1 go through and forwarded to the USEM?

She will have another interview, will they retrieve her medical and passport from the K 3 file?

Isn't the CR1/IR1 approval at the NVC?

what happens in this case?

Anyone been through this?

Thank you and happy holidays,

Did she go to the interview already? I see in your timeline that the 130 was approved the same day as the 129F. Why did you do K3 instead of Cr1 that time? I think once her interview has already been done, you can't change for cr1. You have to wait for the pending for AP.

Anyway, let's see what others can say about it.
