hi,

am confused about this, i am on k3 visa and already admitted here in the US for 6 months, and i have a 6 year old daughter and i want to bring her over here in the US, she should have a K4 visa if i did have her medical and brought her on my interview when i was there in the philippines because she was listed on the I-129 F petition filed by my husband, but i did not do that coz my plan was to wait till she graduated her elementary but now i changed my plan i want to bring her this time, my question what are the procedures that i need to process her papers so that she can have her K4 visa? where to start the process? do i have to send the petition to NVC? or i should go directly to the US embassy?

thanks i hope anyone can help me

We did "follow to join" for the K4's. Start at the embassy level. I actually contacted the US embassy in Bangkok via e-mail and they had me send in the packet 3 info for Rin's children. They even accomodated us by scheduling the children's interview during our two week return trip to Bangkok. Would assume a similar procedure would be necessary in Manila.
