ok here is what i have just want to go over the bases before i send it to her so she can take it

----2 copies of the I-156 (only done by her and not signed into the interview date) They will have her sign these at interview

----either a I-864 or I-134 (if im going to be the only sponsor which one should i do since in there webpage they ask for the i-864)

---2 letters of intent to married one for her and for me signed both

----2 DS-156k

-----my birth certificate original

----2 Passport pics of her

----proff of knowing each other

anything I'm missing

and do they need to be both in english and spanish ... i can't find the ones i need to write in spanish ..... and what addres should i put on the intent to merried laters

forgot to add i currently have 2 jobs and makin a total of 23,900 anually..... got letter from them saying how much i would make anually with them just started working there 5 months ago do i need a sponsor?

plz help out want to send this next week to her

For her it is the CDJ-402 (Statement of Intent to Marry) unsigned. We used the I-864. The documents can be in either English or Spanish it does not matter.

thx :) i did all documents in english since they where the only forms i was able to fill and print :) packege is ready ....

i made the latter of intent to married in word ... it says the same but i got it from Visajourney and just pu thtere address there... also sign one my self and change the word to fit to me and say that i was free to married her and would do so after she enters here ...

is it ok or should i download the CDJ 402 ...

She needs the CDJ-402 and make sure she does not sign it. She will have to sign it in front of the CO. You can send the word document for yourself, but she needs the CDJ-402 form.

No, you do not need the ds-230 for Juarez.

just one last question on form I-86e part 1 it says:

I_____________am the sponsor submitting this affidavit of support because (Check only one box)

wich option should i chose as fiance ??

a) I am the petitioner. I filed or am filing for the immigration of my relative.

B)I filed an alien worker petition on behalf of the intending immigrant, who is related to me asmy

c)I have an ownership interest of at least 5 percent in

c I'm the only joint sponsor

and i selected A ... too

Yeah, A would be the best answer, but I just realized we did not use that form we used the I-134. Most people that went to Juarez used the I-134. I guess because Juarez does not specify which form to use that should be fine. When my SO went to the interview they did not even ask him for Support documents which really surprised us, but one thing I have learned here is that every interview is different, so it's better to be prepared.

ok ust the last thing Im also sending the I-134 just in case but i have 2 jobs convine i make 23,000. but it only let me add one on the form I-134 ...what should i do?

The letter should work. Just make sure you send W2's or pay stubs for both jobs and just send the letter to explain the two jobs.
