If my sister is the sponser for my fiancee how should i fill out the i-864...should part 1 be filled out with my sister info then part 2 with my fiancee..part 4, 5,6,7,8 info on my sister again...because im not the sponser then my info should not be on this form...please helpppppppp

You both would fill out separate 864's - answer accordingly.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

so i have to fill out one i-864 for my sister who is the only sponser and has a income and 1 for me even though ihave no income and i am a student? i dont have any tax returns or paystubs or anything like that?

Yes - you would fill out one, and your sister would fill one out.

Follow the instructions for the form closely. You would make note that you are a student with no income.

The petitioner (you) is the primary sponsor regardless of income and submits an Affidavit of Support. See page 1 of the I-864, heading: Who Needs This Form?

From what you've said in your post you will need a joint or co-sponsor. Have that person complete the appropriate form (I-864 or I-864A) and include all needed documents.

ok got it do i fill out the form the same way my sister the sponser filled it out..part 1 should i place an X in the part that says i am the patitioner. i filled or am filling for the immigration of my relative. my sponser put an X in the same place is that ok????? thank you so much for your help
