I was asking where we pay the 131 visa fee. Do we pay at the UBA bank?

For the K1 visa you need to pay at the consulate on the day of the interview.

Yeah, to be paid at the consulate on date on interview, can be in naira or dollar, not a problem at all

LOL.........you kinda remind me of how I was when my ex-husband was going thru the visa process........ Just relax and let your fiance/husband handle his business from his end; he's a big boy and I'm sure he knows how to ask for direction or read it off the computer. Remember he was making his own way before he met you, I know I know your probably saying easier said then done.......................LOL

Also just a quick note if you are paying in dollars. We still have some old bills (dollars) in circulation over here and it is not a big deal her . But the embassy in Lagos will not accept the old dollars. The only major difference is the president's heads are larger and they have a security strip that runs down the side. My husband had the old 100.00 dollar bill that he was gonna use to pay the fee and they would not accept it and rescheduled his interview since that was the only money he had on him.
