Now that my husband (who came to the US on a K-1 visa) has gotten his green card, we want to adjust his children's visa status as well. They were initially approved on the I129, but we did not follow through with their interview to get their K visa. Do we file a 485 here in the States for them or is there another way?

It sounds like the kids are still abroad? You can do a "follow to join" k2 visa for them, as it has been less than a year since your husband got his visa.

I have a same type of question! My husband came in on a K-1 Visa. He has had his change of status and now has his 2 year Green Card. We put them on the I-129F petition when we filed for him. We now need to get them here, what is the next step for us? They are both minors.

Thanks for any help..
