start with the packet 3 stage of the process... get in touch with the consulate

OP indicated in the first post that the child did not attend the interview

If she's listed on the I-129F, then you have some hope.

This is a 'follow to join' or FTJ, case, for a K-4.

Call the consulate (email? FAX? ) and tell them it's time to start processing the K-4 for the daughter.

Repeat - call the consulate.

Call on 'the Monday', watch the time zone difference, ya?

They can start this week. Should take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months from the time she starts, to the time of interview date.

You have 1 year from the time of YOUR approval date on interview (I THINK? or is it POE Date? Can't remember which) .

NO NVC action required, at this point.

GOOD LUCK.

PS - although you are 'kicking the K-4 into play' at the US Consulate/Embassy, you DO NOT NEED TO BE THERE to start the process, or even attend the interview.

But, you must call, email, or fax (I suggest all 3) the Embassy, to get the process started.

Do as Darnell said and call the embassy.

She'll have to make out 2 DS 156 and pay the $131 for the DS 157 at BDO. Needs 2 copies.

Cost of St. Lukes depends on her age
