Hi all VJ members.

I'm new here and waiting for K1.

:help:

I will need for my interview my police certificate from Germany and I need to know when should I request, my NOA 1 I was receive in 16November so maybe with a littel bit luck in April 2010 I will have my interview.

I was live in Germany but I am romanian citizen!

Have somebody experience with that??? I know that it takes 2 - 3 weeks till Bundesamt für Justiz release a police certificate.

It will be okay if I release before my NOA 2???

Normally you want it as close to the interview date as possible.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
