This might be a pretty number question. I'm a U.S citizen. I-130 #13 asks for a "Naturalization. Give certificate number and date and place of issuance."

I have my certificate with a number that starts with "A" followed by several numbers. There is also another number of the certificate that begins with the number "8" and is a total of 8 characters. Which one of the the two is the Naturalization number.

Lastly my spouse is on a H1-b and some applications for her ask for an Alein number. I know green cards have an Alien number on them. She doesn't have one. Where among her H1B papers can I find her alien number? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

The alien registration number is prefaced with the "A".

Not sure on the naturalzation number though.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
