I think you can go with which one you want if you want thr CR1 then just dont send anything for the other one. And yes you can get everything ready now so that when NVC ask you for them you can send them fast. Good luck You should use the Short cuts that are on wiki they help alot.

Thank you for feedback. I just called and got my case number! By chance did your letters sound like NSS or NFF its hard to hear on that automated message. Also help me out what and where is the wiki...lol

If you have been approved for both, I would suggest to go on with the cr1 visa...my husband was approved for both and so far we have been doing all the stuff for the cr1 and haven't even heard from the embassy about the k3 visa!!! Go figure! Also, the cr1 visa cost less in the long run because they will receive a 2 year conditional green card and can work when they get here!!!

Look for James' shortcut, that will help you gather up the papers you will need for the NVC journey!!

yaaay! I am planning on calling NVC in the morning and providing our email addresses :thumbs: :thumbs: I plan on having my hubby email the DS-3032 as soon as the AVR says it was sent and i'll have him complete the one just in case :dance: :dance: :dance:
