Its cuz i think i said that IJI got a log in failed and people thought i said I lol. No i wish but no log in failed for me :(

03-17-10: Interview (Approved But Pending AP.)

12-01-10: Embassy Calls Husband To Send In Passport Finally After Almost 9 months Of AP!!

12-01-10: Husband Sends In Passport Via Aramex

12-11-10: Husband Picks Up Visa

Up next, NVC process!

01/26-Case Assigned via AVR

02-04-Received AOS Bill & DS3032 form online

02/04-DS3032 sent via e-mail

02/08-AOS Bill shown as paid

02/12-IV Bill invoiced

02/19/-AOS packet sent

02/22-Packet received signed by "N Visa Ctr"

02/22-IV Bill paid

03/01-Still waiting for spouse to complete her IV packet

03/06-Email received (False RFE)

03/11- DS230 Packet sent to NVC

03/14- NVC received DS230 signed N VISA CTR

03/18- Operator said AOS is OK, just waiting for DS230 packet for review

03/19- AVR updates message to "Checklist Letter Response received"

03/26- Log in Fail!!!

NVC case complete per AVR 03/29/10

Interview assigned 05/14/10 8:30 am (Thank you Jesus!)

If you have the actual transcripts from the IRS you don't need to submit the W2s or 1099, but if you plan on submitting the actual 1040 then you need to submit all documents.

I submitted the transcripts for the past 3 years, but I plan on taking the 1040 and the W2's and 1099 to my husband's interview just in case they want them!! :thumbs::thumbs:

Hope fully last question for 864-

I have read on VJ that Bank Statement needed that has last 6 months of average balance.

I could not find that on any guide... Did some one updated it?

Or we still need bank statment... :unsure:

No problem. Yesterday someone who's RFE was shown as recived on the 20th got there case complete today someone who's DS-230 was shown a recived by nvc on the 22nd got a case complete. Mine was recived on the 25th so i hope that on monday i get my Log in failed!

Lol when i saw the "Congrats MQ" i was like "Oh, I got a log in failed!!!" lol

Lol i thought maybe i did get a log in failed and passed out from happyness lol. Cuz everyone was like "Congrats MQ" i was like "Ow yay!" but i mean it wont be today Someone who got A log in failed NVC got there stuff on the 22. They got mine on the 25th soo. Prob Monday or tuesday Inshallah

Not a problem for the questions!! That is how we all get through this!!

The only time you need to show bank statements with the 864 is if you plan on using any kind of additional assets to show that you are above the 125% of the poverty line. You will need to show 6 months of paycheck stubs.

I am taking paycheck stubs and bank account statements to the interview. They may want to see them there during the interview though... :whistle:

Is there something similar to Igor's List that we can track NVC movement/timeline on?

You know me, I like my charts/data/stats. :)

2 weeks was the standard back in September/October... don't know how much it's changed by now... but again... if everyone keeps their timelines updated, the extrapolation would be much easier ... :)

Yeah, alot of this stuff you have really dig in and read because at one time I thought too that I needed to have bank statements and a few other stuff too but come to find out, it was something with the K1 visa and the evidence that the SO had to take to the embassy with them. To where we submit all of our evidence to the NVC, they have to provide it up front to the consulate.

So make sure that what ever advice you are following is for the correct visa!! :thumbs:

When I was following Igor's lists I would see names with no NOA2 so I was pm'ing some of them asking if they were still waiting or what....It does mess up the stats a bit... :wacko:
