Hey guys I just got NOA2 so I am going to assume that i will be at NVC January 2010 so who's with me?

Hello I am here

we are at the NVC

we were NVC aproved 2009-09-16

I know all is for God to decide the right time

but it has been a very long time

with some stops and starts in there

I would really love to read or hear that our

case has been sent to Ghana the embasy we need.

They are a little slow now days and it is said they are behind.

I pray God hears my plea and grants me my wish soon to have my family here.

Now two years and counting. and it is getting a little hard.

Ok, from my calculations, on an average, it takes about 7 days for NVC to receive your case, 3-5 days to receive AOS/DS3032 emails once you've given them your email addresses. DS3032 are being accepted in 4-7 days.

And about 10-12 days for case complete after they've received all your documents.

Kids--please make sure your timelines are up-to-date. This way we have the best, most accurate predictions.

Got an email last night with a Checklist and when i called just now the lady said that is a false Check list your CASe is complete with NVC and you will ghet your Interview date once the slot opens up in the ISLAMABAD embasy

Hi Ms Sheka girl, CONGRATULATIONS, we got approved the same week. I'm so happy for you! Look like we both will be in January 2010! God is so good!

I just received my NOA2 last night at 9:30 PM. So on to NVC for me too.!! :dance:

Tax Returns VS Tax Transcripts

James Guide ask both can be send with 864.

I only have tax transcripts with W2 from IRS.

Can I only send out tax transcripts with all other documents except "tax returns"?

Suggestions... :unsure:

If you have the actual transcripts from the IRS you don't need to submit the W2s or 1099, but if you plan on submitting the actual 1040 then you need to submit all documents.

I submitted the transcripts for the past 3 years, but I plan on taking the 1040 and the W2's and 1099 to my husband's interview just in case they want them!! :thumbs::thumbs:

03/18- Operator said AOS is OK, just waiting for DS230 packet for review
