They better not tell me its no Original. Cuz it is! I realy want a Log in failed! They got i Monday so this comming monday it will be 1 week. I realy want a log ing failed. thats all we wait can wait for. But ill most likey call monday. anyways to be sure theres no problems. It should not take 4-6 weeks cuz she said its under review. how long dose it take to review one Marrige Certificate and not like they can ready arabic. lol so whats going on.

:lol: I'm sure you'll be fine i'm just wondering if they are going to RFE me again because of the name thing with the co-sponsor :unsure: maybe ask for a divorce document or some mess! :angry: but my hubby says walk with faith and stop worrying :blush:

Can I have IRS to fax me the last 3 years of TAX transcripts?

I have moved since I have filled taxes in April2009. I can not use any type of AVR.

What are my options? :innocent:

Yes, you can have the IRS fax you your Tax Return transcripts. In fact, the IRS agent will ask you if you want them faxed or mailed.

Nah i dont think so when i was in USCIS and they asked me for Proof of citezinship i sent my birth certificate and passort and there in my madin name.

You are right. You will be fine with 2006-2008 returns. 2009 returns can be filed now but we have until the 15th April to file for 2009, or even apply for a 6 month extension to Oct 15th.

You will have to send in your AOS way before the Apr 15th deadline to file 2009 taxes - so it should be a moot point

IM filing my 2009 tax returns now. 2009 is a much, much better years for me anyway.

03/01-Still waiting for spouse to complete her IV packet

03/18- Operator said AOS is OK, just waiting for DS230 packet for review

03/19- AVR updates message to "Checklist Letter Response received"

03/26- Log in Fail!!!

Congrats! how bad i wanna see that log in failed. it took 8 days after the confermed that they got it right? they confermed they got my RFE on the 25. so i hope by next week ill get my log in failed!

Thank you. Yes, it took around 8-9 days since they received it. You should get a log in fail sometime around the 30th of January (or even earlier!!)

Now what? :unsure: I know NVC starts assigning interview dates in the second week of every month, so that's the week of Feb 8th for me. Could those who've got interview dates in February tell me how the NVC lets us know our interview date? Will they send an email or a letter in the mail??

Now what? :unsure: I know NVC starts assigning interview dates in the second week of every month, so that's the week of Feb 8th. Could those who've got interview dates in February tell me how the NVC lets us know our interview date? Will they send an email or a letter in the mail??

My sister in law already got her March Interview. so i would call em on monday and check.

Yo dudes and dudettes! Is this where the hip young things are hanging out now? I've not been on here for quite some time so it's impossible to catch up with everything. I had my interview on monday and was approved. It was an easy ride and we had a nice long weekend in London doing the tourist stuff. I'm back in Scotland waiting for my passport to be returned and tying up a few loose ends then I'm heading home to Massachusetts. God help America. There's no keeping me out now. I hope you've stocked up on wine and beer for me arriving or I'll drink you dry! :devil:

I hope all the old crowd are doing well and have had the same success we have. :yes:

Congrats to you and Diane!!! We finally got our interview date...2/22/10, and I am planning on being there!!!
