MQ~ I'd be calling all the way until they cut off the phone line to the OPs and then start up early in the morning!!! I still think you are going to be hearing from them or at least get a failed log in!!!

NVC has slowed down because of the haiti cases....

i definitely think so

can't even get to the operator

Lol just keep trying not only cuz you cant get threw dose not mean they slowed down. The phones maybe but prob not the agents,.

I woke up this morning to my handsome husband's gorgeous voice telling me that we have our NVC case # and he got through first time. Good luck to him trying to give them our email ... :star:

02-05-10 : Received DS-3032 & AOS bill / Sent DS-3032 (E-mail) / Paid AOS Bill

02-07-10 : Sent DS-3032 (Snail Mail)

02-09-10 : AOS fee showing PAID

02-11-10 : DS-3032 Delivered to NVC / E-mail confirmation DS-3032 (signed by JESUS)

02-12-10 : IV Bill generated

02-19-10 : IV Bill paid

02-26-10 : AoS package & DS-230 Sent

I got through NVC.....

this is what you have to do...

press 1 when it says if haiti case press 1....thats the only I could get through an operator.....

I had been trying for so long..it kept hanging up on me....

unfortunately I had to lie..but what can I do..they wouldn't come on the phone...

Let me start my saying that both my Wife and I feel blessed to have gotten our NOA2 under the circumstances of which we came to receive it. So, in no way, shape or form would I be the slightest bit annoyed if our visa is on hold due to the devastating earth quake in Haiti. I'm failing to see, however, how it affects NVC? Are they currently pushing through as many Haitian visas at this time to get them to safety?

The victims, their families and the injured, as well as the medical professionals and all those who are there in aid are in our prayers.

I'm not upset or angry, that would be SO selfish. Purely out of interest :)

I would wait and try again later. Or even possibly from another computer. Once you get it via email they don't send you anything snail mail...

I tried to set Cover sheet for AOS from office PC and home PC... I got blank pdf page

BUT I was able to email myself the document cover sheet. :thumbs:

Why don't you just put all the places on there that you have lived and not have a gap of time on there? I know they are going to be looking at the time frames and see any time that is missing and may cause a RFE. Do you have to get a police report for every country you have lived?? :blink::blink:

Its the PCC thing I'm just worried about, you shouldn't have to get one unless you have lived for 6months ( or a year,don't remember) in that country. I lived in Austria for 3 months,so I'm just worried that if I put that on the actual form, they will request a PCC from there, which I don't have since I didnät think I would be needing it.

I came up with a plan though, so I'm just praying it'll all work out!!

Hell yea!! I hear you on the Haiti thing. It works for us though. I found out from a CR1 filer on the Gold Coast that NVC schedules our interviews as well so if NVC drags out to 3 months it suits our timeframe.

Just waiting for NVC to send the AOS bill and Choice of Agent links via e-mail. Today is the second day, hopefully we get something this week :whistle:

naaah...I applied for expedite request via email 2 days ago..and they told me that they have emailed the request to the embassy and now the embassy will decide whether the process can be expedited, If they approve the expedite request, it goes to the embassy right away..if not, then same old NVC process and they told me that they will let me know within 2 days....

they entered my case in the system on the 22nd and its been 6 days and they still haven't emailed me the ds-3032....so I decided to apply for expedite and now I am WAITING ....yet again

did you ever get through?

Yo dudes and dudettes! Is this where the hip young things are hanging out now? I've not been on here for quite some time so it's impossible to catch up with everything. I had my interview on monday and was approved. It was an easy ride and we had a nice long weekend in London doing the tourist stuff. I'm back in Scotland waiting for my passport to be returned and tying up a few loose ends then I'm heading home to Massachusetts. God help America. There's no keeping me out now. I hope you've stocked up on wine and beer for me arriving or I'll drink you dry! :devil:

I hope all the old crowd are doing well and have had the same success we have. :yes:

I have my document cover sheet for I864 (fee is paid).

Do I have to wait for DS-3032 (choice of agent) to be accepted before I can send the I864?

I am still waiting paper from IRS, waiting is ok with me.
