Speed dial did wonders for me though, best damn feature on my phone haha.

I keep trying im so tired of calling lol. I just want a case complete and a march Interview. Is that so much to ask for :(

we've already sent our DS230 package to NVC last week and it was already received.. but then today i received a copy of the email NVC sent to my husband, it's a checklist letter response for missing DS230.. is this a false RFE?.. :unsure:

05/06/2013 - biometrics letter notice date
05/17/2013 - biometrics appointment

05/21/2013 - in line for interview

Did you speak with someone and them tell you they recived it and it is updated on there computer?

we sent the DS230 on the 19th then they received it on the 20th, then we called on the 22nd and the AVR message says - ["The NVC has received the checklist letter response on ..."] isn't this what the AVR says upon receipt of the DS230?..

Yes, thats very weird. if it said they have it idk why you would have gotten the RFE Call them and see

just to be sure.

I have a bit of question over here about the photo that we have to send to NVC with the IV packet. I would like to know if this photo below will be okay or we have to do another one?

P.S. The actual photo size is 2x2 but we scanned it so it made the photo bigger than the usual one.

If it says they are missing the entire 230 package, then it is a false RFE...

it says they are still waiting for the Immigrant Visa Application (DS-230) and corresponding civil documents for the traveling applicant which i have already sent to NVC.. i think it's a false RFE too..

Does anyone here have experience with using a lawyer going through the NVC? We hired him months before finding VJ, and I have stuck on him like white on rice! I have been very satisfied with him overall so far, but want to do the fastest possible route through the NVC and don't want him to hold anything up. There is no urgency for him at all, like we all feel intensely!

Any suggestions? I think we don't have to do the choice of agent step...

My cousin did. I just talked to her a couple Minutes ago. she started her Journey more then a year ago and payed her Lawyer i think $500 and shes still stuck in NVC. and the Lawyer sent her DS-230 in December and still NVC has yet to recive it, she told her lawyer and she told her she would call NVC on Friday to see what up. So i dont realy know. But thats what is happening with her.
