Seriously... I'm about to freak out in regards to the NVC-phone-BS.

Just can't get through!

I might just go to bed early and deal with it tomorrow, if my husband can't get in touch with them after he gets off work.

I think I might be allergic to busy-signals... ;)

Yup.

I called more than a dozen times today so far. Everytime I press the option to speak to an operator, Im being transferred to the same loop of menus until finally the automated message would say "All operators are busy right now, please try your call again later, Thank you" then hang up!

Grrrr.

01/19' Touched/NOA2 Approved!

01/26-Case Assigned via AVR

02-04-Received AOS Bill & DS3032 form online

02/04-DS3032 sent via e-mail

Yup.

I Know its realy annoying. I understand Haiti cases having there own line. But at least let us wait on hold, that way we have a chance of talking to someone. But calling over and over again will never work. i need to make sure they got my RFE. and they accept it.

GPA--Do you have your case # already? When did NVC get it?

Called AVR this morning and entered my USCIS # since I can't get an NVC op. To my surprise it was updated yesterday and a case # was assigned. Shocker really since Ive heard stories from other people on this board that NVC sometimes does'nt bother changing the status of their case through AVR.

09/11-I-130 sent

09/23- NOA1 Received

01/19' Touched/NOA2 Approved!

Lol. yeah. Im not even a huge fan of chocolate but I think I went through a whole box of it today trying to alleviate some stress while I was on the phone constantly dialing their number and going through their options lol.
