NVC assigned my case number on jan 13th but still havent sent out DS-3032 for our I-130 ? I am pretty much calling them everyday but they are saying that it is still not generated? Do you guys think due to the Haiti crisis NVC slowed on on the I-130 process. When I called today the NVC prompts changed and said press 1 if its related to Haiti and 2 otherwise so I am thinking they pulled in a couple of employees to work on Haiti cris which is understandable since it is a humanitarian crisis.

They however sent my K3 to embassy the very next day.

9/1/2009: Applied for I-130

9/14/2009: NOA1 for I-130

9/21/2009: NOA1 for I-129F (CSC)

9/25/2009: NOA1 received for I-129F (receipt of mail)

01/08/2010 : Thank you very much Jesus..... NOA 2 129F

01/08/2010 : NOA 2 I-130

01/15/2010 : Embassy gets the approval notice (Awesome..Love K3...so glad we have done K3)

01/20/2010: Embassy schedules interview for K3

02/19/2010: K3 interview over and approved.

Yah it has been that way scince friday i think. I think USCIS is slowing down due to Haiti but i dont think NVC has, but then again who knows.

12-01-10: Embassy Calls Husband To Send In Passport Finally After Almost 9 months Of AP!!

12-01-10: Husband Sends In Passport Via Aramex

I wouldn't worry about it... Mine took exactly 2 weeks... There's still some time left...

Delivered to the USCIS PO Box Chicago 8/29/2013

NOA1 date-8/29/2013 Got as of 9/4/2013

Transfer Date : 2/24/2014

Transferred to Vermont

NOA2 3/7/2014

NVC received 3/19/2014

Case number Assigned 4/18/2014

DS-261 filed 4/26/2014

AOS paid 4/28/2014

AOS shows paid 4/30/2014

IV paid 4/30/2014

AOS and IV packages overnighted sent 5/2/2014

Packages at NVC 5/5/2014, system date of 5/7/2014

Case Complete 6/2/2014

Interview assigned 6/11/2014

Finally got the DS-3032 and AOS bill emails today (about 12 days after NVC numbers got assigned). I called earlier this afternoon and the NVC rep said it would take 4-6 weeks and I was shocked but in a couple of hours I got the emails.

9/1/2009: Applied for I-130

9/14/2009: NOA1 for I-130

9/21/2009: NOA1 for I-129F (CSC)

9/25/2009: NOA1 received for I-129F (receipt of mail)

When did you call? it wont let me threw. When i call it says press 2 for non haiti and then it says were busy call latter. then it hangs up. did the same thing happen to you?

so my AOS invoice now show "paid" but the documents cover sheet is not claer. Half the page ihas been cut off (only half of the information is visible). what do i do now? Thanks!

That is what they did to me also. Sent my K3 right on to the embasssy. It'll take a couple of weeks before you will see anything. Just make sure they have your email address. I even called acouple of times just to make sure they had the correct email addresses for me and my husband. :blush:

As for the K3, they sent it right on to the embassy, and I still haven't heard anything from the embassy for that!!! :whistle::whistle:

Yay on getting the emails!!! Yeah, I think 90 days and 4-6 weeks are the standard time frames they give everything!!! :innocent:

Keep on trying MQ~~ they are always more busy on Mondays anyways!! They are probably trying to catch up as fast as you got your RFE back in!!! :jest:

ok here's the situation :blink: and just bear withh me i've had a rough night last night :wacko::wacko: .....I sent my co-sponsor"s docs in her maiden name (1040,w2,I-864) she was married when she got he USC but then got divorced but i just got the checklist request and it has her married name which she has never used her ssn, id, US passport is in her maiden, but when she got her USC they had married name on the certificate but NVC sent the letter with her married name :blink::blink::blink::blink::blink: so the proof of USC i sent is the US passport and its in her maiden name :blink::blink::blink:

02/08/10 Interview scheduled

03/12/10 Interview

03/18/10 POE

03/22/10 applied for SSN

04/01/10 received SSN

04/05/10 received welcome letter dated 03/30/10 :)

Oh, so now they want you to send proof of USC with her married name? but she dose not have that right? How are you to get it if she no longer uses her married name? i sent my proof of citizenship with my un married name and they accepted it.
