02/12-IV Bill invoiced

02/19/-AOS packet sent

02/22-Packet received signed by "N Visa Ctr"

02/22-IV Bill paid

03/01-Still waiting for spouse to complete her IV packet

03/06-Email received (False RFE)

03/11- DS230 Packet sent to NVC

03/14- NVC received DS230 signed N VISA CTR

03/18- Operator said AOS is OK, just waiting for DS230 packet for review

03/19- AVR updates message to "Checklist Letter Response received"

03/26- Log in Fail!!!

NVC case complete per AVR 03/29/10

Interview assigned 05/14/10 8:30 am (Thank you Jesus!)

TOUCHED AND APPROVED 12/23/09. THE LORD IS FAITHFUL ALWAYS

NVC: CASE COMPLETE: Feb 3rd, 2010

INTERVIEW: Mar 12th, 7:00 a.m : APPROVED

POE / ARRIVAL: Washington D.C. April 8th.

After the next week I will be harassing everyone here for advice. Not in a hurry for the case # just yet. I am in the process of moving and they decide to approve us. One week earlier on the approval and I would not have moved!! FFS

NVC has Haiti related priorities i think now. automated system says all customer reps are busy and call again later.

:unsure: :unsure: I have a feeling that is going to be the primary for a long time...did you see all the kids they are to get here?? There are some really hurt people over there. I guess if I had to wait, this will be a good reason. :blush:

Hmm people...there was been violence in the city my wife is from Hyderabad,India civil unrest due to some factions wanting to divide up the state. My wife lives in the area mentioned in this letter from the dept of state. Think it is worth sending an email to NVC or the consulate to see if we can atleast get a Feb date? Even though they do not have any more dates for Feb or just wait until whenever they schedule since my case is completed already. Ground reality is that there is violence but it isnt total chaos. i am two minds about doing anything at this point. suggestions?

You can try but you are so far ahead in the game, you are at the mercy of the embassy. I would just wait for the NVC to schedule the interview. Considering how busy they are now with Haiti. I don't think trying to get it in February will work.. :unsure: :unsure:

they got my case....yay..the AVR lady said..they received my case...YES YES YES....LETS GO BABY...

yes I will call them monday morning 630am...to give them the email addresses and will pay the fee online

guys I have a problem...my wife got the police certificate but her address on it has a mistake....the address is Nazimabad # 1...and they put Nazimabad # 4 on the certificate...what do I do....try my luck?

the rest of the address is exactly the same...first line, city, province, country....everything is same..they made a mistake...

and advice?

Congratulations Lash!!! If she got a new PC how long would it take to get it? Maybe turn in the one that you have and still have her get another one to have and take to the interview.....Have it as a back up in case it does come back? I know you don't want to delay your time at NVC.... :unsure: :unsure:

I hope i get a case complete this week.

I dremt that NVC sent me another RFE saying that the marrige certeficate i sent in was on the wrong type of paper, and that i had to send another one. I lost my mind and i told them off. then my hubby called em and yelled at them then i tryed to log into the payment site and it said log in failed and when i called to ask they said its cuz my husband an i were rude so they removed are case from there system, and if we wanted him to come to america we had to start it all over.
