Did you get the OP name?? I would definitely put that on the coverletter too. Only because that way they can trace back who told you to do that. I swear it's like they play games... :unsure:

Only you and MQ can do away with a RFE in less than one day!!! :D:D I swear it took me a dog gone month!!! :angry::angry:

they claim they are sending a checklist but i have not gotten the email so she said send it in along with the DS_230 and put case# in upper right hand corner of everything :whistle::rolleyes::unsure::(:angry:

Yup i know i sent it with another checklist sheet they told me to use. and i sent it and they got it today and i still have not gotten the Coversheet they said they sent. There Liers!!!

02-14-10: Medical exam (Passed)

03-17-10: Interview (Approved But Pending AP.)

12-01-10: Embassy Calls Husband To Send In Passport Finally After Almost 9 months Of AP!!

12-01-10: Husband Sends In Passport Via Aramex

12-11-10: Husband Picks Up Visa

12-14-10: Flight Booked

12-22-10: USA Entry[/color]

Yup but they had sent me one before for the DS-230 but i had already sent it. So i use that check list cover sheet and put the Case Number BIG on the left side and put my own document cover sheet saying what was in there and what for. and i sent it.

Well I found out about my RFE on a Thursday and got the email the next morning...I still think they do their updates on Thursday/Friday so you can't do anything about it on the weekend!!! :whistle::whistle::angry:

Hello everybody here on VJ. Sorry I am so busy gathering all the proofs I needed for my interview so I did not often looking here on VJ. Any good news here?

I just want to say Hello to And_Sam , MQ, Metro and Ms. Sheka.

Ms. Sheka sorry to hear about the RFE. I hate RFE's I got 2 RFE before one for USCIS and one for NVC.

I called and asked them because i was getting mixed info from them they claimed all they needs was the tax docs :angry:

Sorry... that sucks... But yes, regardless of what the operators say, they require proof of citizenship or LPR for co-sponsors... Jut get them the info ASAP and you will back movin again!!!

So excited about this stage, its so challenging :D

BTW, I just have a quick question when will NVC email the IV fee bill and DS-230 package online? Is this after the AOS packet is received and processed? Or will they automatically send it once the AOS bill and DS3032 is returned to them?

And did your spouse/relative sent the DS230 form directly to NVC? Or did they send it to you guys to double check the documents?

Also regarding the Ds-230 packet, did you guys had your spouse/relative complete this form along with the required documents even before you obatian the case # at NVC ? Im looking at your timelines and it looks like most of you have mailed the DS 230 the very next day. Does this mean we only had to attach the barcode provided in the e-mail to another DS-230 form completed by my wife overseas?
