I called, finally got through. I spoke to very nice lady.

They have my email address, I gave them email address for my wife.

Now, let wait and hope.

After getting the email or papers in mail, if my beneficiary send them email for DS-3032

Q - Does beneficiary still have to mail DS-3032?

Do both!!! I think they accept the email first but a couple of times they have waited for the written one too!!!

I gusse you can do both, just to be safe. but i only Emailed mine. Given it took 20+ days to be accepted it still got accepted lol.

After supplying the NVC with my email addresses, we received two emails.

The first for the DS3032 and the second for the AOS fee. However we got two more emails and they seem to be the same two things...the cover letter for the DS3032 and the AOS fee letter.

I emailed and snail-mailed back the DS3032.

Should I be concerned that I am getting multiple emails for the same thing?

Were they sent to the same Email? or to your email and then to your So's Email?

Don't be concerned about it. Usually what it means is that it is sending one to you, the petitioner and copying you on the one sent to your SO(beneficiary) so yeah, you'll get duplicates!!! Just be happy you are getting them!!!!

NVC still doesn't have my case yet...I got approved on the 13th...there was a touch on the 14th..which means they mailed my case on the 14th......how long is it gonna take for them to get the case???

THEY WANT THAT??? why?..they can just find out..when they put in the social security # can't they?

I have a co sponsor as well...I wasn't gonna send one..but now I guess I better...they would also want the copy of the biographic page of the passport of the main sposor/petitioner? right?

If we include the IRS tax transcripts for the last 3 years with the I-864 we do not have to send tax returns and W2´s etc right?

So it would just be the tax transcripts, employment letter and paystubs? (supporting documents)

(we are not using a co-sponsor)

yes i cannot believe it they told me i did not need it is why i'm so mad but they claim that i can include it with the DS-230 packet that i'm sending in the morning

if i were you i would send it all because they will say you don't have to and then give you a RFE for it
