Yes, i asked about interview when i was asking about my of RFE. She said that on they 2nd week of the month they assign them then the 3rd week they give them out.

I hope my case will be complete before then so i can aslo get a March Interview.

MQ, I am so sorry for the RFE. Sometimes people are just being irresponsible with their job. But at least you are ready to send all the required documents. I hope you will get log in failed soon!

Hmm i missed the feb interviews, the consulate already has the list of interviews for feb up. I was told they schedule interviews in the 2nd week of the month and i will need to wait until feb 2nd week at the earliest. From what i have seen with other people, they have received emails scheduling interviews even in the 4th week of the month, but the wait begins yet again. So do they schedule interviews in 3rd/4th week too? is that right ? hoping i do hear back about early march interview in a week or two.

I think it is a standard answer of setting up appts on the 2nd week of the month. We got our interview email in the 3rd week of December for a February interview!! Just keep watching for the email to come!!!! :thumbs:

Does anybody else face this problem???.. a lot of the times when I call the NVC ...it comes busy then I keep trying over and over again...it takes a long time sometimes ...just to start the call...

Yes, you just have to keep trying to call. That just happens cuz lots of people are calling. Always happens to me.

Yes, you just have to keep trying to call. That just happens cuz lots of people are calling. Always happens to me.

You can also try to call right after they open in the morning or later at night too. During the peak times of the day you will get a busy signal alot...That is what speed dialing is for!!! :devil:

Do you think it is a good idea to ask my wife to send me DS-230 and all original documents to me so I have them ready to go or should I wait until I get the DS-230 from NVC and then have my wife mail them directly? What are most of you guys doing? Only thing is that we dont have the PCC's yet but from other posters it looks like for Indian embassies it is ok to submit original PCC at the time of the interview.

I takes like 3-5 days for speed post from INdia and hopefully i can save like a week by having my wife send it to me right away and then I post whenever NVC sends us the DS-230 barcode and stuff.

9/21/2009: NOA1 for I-129F (CSC)

9/25/2009: NOA1 received for I-129F (receipt of mail)

01/08/2010 : Thank you very much Jesus..... NOA 2 129F

01/15/2010 : Embassy gets the approval notice (Awesome..Love K3...so glad we have done K3)

01/20/2010: Embassy schedules interview for K3

02/19/2010: K3 interview over and approved.

Get started on the PCCs immediately. Some places take nearly a month to issue them.

I'm going to mail the DS 230 package as soon as I have the NOA2 (come on, Lord) to my husband so that he can overnight it when required.

Yeah go ahead and get your wife to send you the ds-230 filled out and signed on the first page but not the 2nd page(she'll do that the interview) that way you can be ahead of the game when they start sending you all the stuff!!
