Aww Christeen, I'm sorry to hear that. At least you are reorganizing and doing the right thing. It's true, no matter how good your credit is, if you are with someone who doesn't have credit or bad credit for that matter, it'll mire you down.

Is he on your checking account now also? Perhaps he can get a small signature loan just in his name at the bank you two use. That'll be a quick credit build up!!

How long is your husband out to sea? I know it's hard when you are feeling down in the dumps and so far away from the one you miss the most. It always seems like when I get like that, even listening to music depresses the h&ll outta me!! :(

Its funny, after 9 years of him being at sea, now 3 weeks seems like FOREVER since I've had him home. Normally his job should not take him out for so long but it is a BIG issue that he is dealing with!!!

As far as the credit thing it just really bummed me out... We got him a Credit Card secured, he has a checking account and he uses it, I put him on all my credit cards and my credit union has a "credit builder" loan where they give him a savings account and deposit the Money and he pays the 3% interest each month. We cant quite get him an unsecured store card yet, since he has no credit... hopefully in a few months... We put a lot on the secured card so it shows he has a high credit limit. It just feels like somebody slammed on the brakes!!!

Well good luck with going by the book! For me, I've always colored outside of the lines in my book so I'm kind of done things back wards!! :blush:

It also said that apparently he was drunk at the time. Makes me wonder if they are going to take alcohol off the serving lists too. I couldn't imagine drinking and flying at the same time. I found out that I get airsick just from going from Florida to New York so I make sure I have medicine for that!! :whistle: I was never like that when I was younger :blush:

last time i was on a plane i was like forever ago. i was a baby. So i dont even know im going to react to it. lol then that new rule that you have to be in your seat 1hr before the plane lands and have nothing on your lap how am i gonna freshin up for my hubby? lol ill need to get up 1hr 30min before and freshin up
