Hi MQ, I am not sure what is the best thing to do in your case. But, if I were you, I will call them again and make sure to them that it was received by someone else from NVC and have them check it. If the AOS went there well why not the DS 230? May I know when did you send the package and when it arrived in NVC? We sent our overnight (via FedEx) and it arrived at the right time and they were reviewing it in 2 days.

But this is my personal opinion, there might be some people who has the same situation and waited longer.

I called 2 times a day and they were NEVER able to tell me if it was input or if they were working on it... I know that there are MANY here that did not get any updates between when they sent the 230 and case complete... Frustrating, Yes, Normal, Yes... I would not worry, it has been 4 business days since it was signed for, and 7 calander days, there is a very high likleyhood that you will not receive an update or be able to confirm that it is their hands (They cannot see what is under review from the operators computers)... I would give them the usual 14 days before I started getting antsy... It is not Lost, because if it was lost you would have gotten a false RFE stating that there are missing/incomplete documents... you get this RFE when you send the AOS and there is a large lag time in sending the DS230

When you get an RFE, they send a checklist that outlines the documents missing or needed... When you get a false RFE, they will send a checklist saying they need the entire DS230 package... If it was sent, you ignore the list, why, did you get a checklist?

They look the same. When you get a "false" RFE is when you get the check list email and it tells you that they have received the I-864 application but have not gotten the ds-230 application.

When you get a REAL RFE it'll tell you exactly what you need to send in. For example, the one we got was because I had sent in the official certified english birth certificate BUT they wanted an Arabic one too. So I had to wait until my husband sent me an arabic birth certificate. Then I mailed it in and got a failed log in that following week.

If you haven't heard anything or still can sign in after 2 weeks of them receiving your IV packet THEN panic and find out why.....

I still think you will hear something by this weekend MQ!!

Yes and it says to send the DS-230 and all required civil documents. :(
