Hi guys,

apologies if this is a really obvious question... we sent off both the ds230 and AOS packages this week and they were both received by NVC. The automated system has updated to say that they have 'received the biographic forms' but do not mention the AOS package at all. Do I need to worry about this? or is it just a normal time lag?

Normal lag, you might even get a false RFE where it states that they found missing or incomplete information as this happens when there is a lag time in when they receive the info or if they process it out of the normal order of things... No worries... Plus the AVR is slow to update, a real person is most times better

Normal lag, you might even get a false RFE where it states that they found missing or incomplete information as this happens when there is a lag time in when they receive the info or if they process it out of the normal order of things... No worries... Plus the AVR is slow to update, a real person is most times better

Is the RFE like the check list sheet. Cuz they sent me one yesterday for the DS-230 but i already sent it. It wont delay anthing correct.

Ok that cool. My DS-230 should start me be reviewed soon then I send it one day after you. That all im waitting for now cuz my (AOS) is already accepted. I cant wait to get log in failed!! And good luck to you too hope you get a Log in failed very soon!!

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

The NVC has received the Agent of Choice selection. The Immigrant Visa

Application (DS 230) processing fee bill will be sent to the designated

agent on the case. The fee must be paid according to the instructions

before the instruction packet will be sent.

It seems to me that is was always Thursday night/Friday morning when I got all my news...failed login, case complete, interview appointed..and the dreaded RFE!!! :blush:

I made my flight reservations for the interview in Egypt!!! WHOOO HOOO!!!! It's becoming a reality now!!!!
