I called and got the same old message....yes you have a case complete, and we will schedule interviews the 2nd week of the month, if you haven't gotten an email, please call back on the 3rd of the month....

After hearing that 3 times, I finally got the email!! But it was no where near the 2nd week of the month!!!

Ok, thanks Andrea! appreciate it. Will wait until monday and have my husband call them again to bug them for the interview date.

Don't drive yourself crazy this weekend MQ!! It'll be fine!! Just have a good restfull weekend and before you know it, it'll be a case complete and there will be something else to go crazy about!!!

Lol yah i know. Im just worried that something will go wrong and ill be denyed lol IDK. haha and i just wanna be done with everything a be able to realy rest you know. Like even when you try its on the back of your mind. "We gonna do this" And "This has to be done before the interview" Its crazy!!! But im gonna take a break this weekend.

guys i am so PO right now..my co-sponsor cannot find her 1040 WTH?!!! she said she put it somewhere and she does not remember where now she had weeks to get this stuff i go to send the AOS off and i notice she gave me a W2 and paychecks but no 1040 she said she will find it in the morning i really hope so because i just got an email confirming that the IV is paid and to print the coversheet and DS-230....BTW my hubby has not gotten his PC yet he's going on tuesday he said he'll have it back by Friday UUUUURRRRGGGHHHH!!!! RIGHT NOW NVC HAS MY CASE IN SOME KIND OF SPEED LANE BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS JUST GOING SUPER FAST EVERY MORNING I CALL THE AVR AND ITS UPDATED I FEEL LIKE I'M MOVING TOO SLOW I HAVE TO CATCH UPI HAVE TO GET MY PRIZE

Lol kool smileys, and dont worry my Co-Sponser took 2 weeks to finnaly do his (AOS) and after my hubby sent me all the Documents for the DS-230 DHL lost it so he had to do i over. So you doing realy good. Dont worry.

NVC sent me a Checklist Email for the DS-230 to but i already sent it to them so this is not a problem right... It wont delay anything?

apologies if this is a really obvious question... we sent off both the ds230 and AOS packages this week and they were both received by NVC. The automated system has updated to say that they have 'received the biographic forms' but do not mention the AOS package at all. Do I need to worry about this? or is it just a normal time lag?

Its Normal for me i sent the (AOS) around the 22nd of december and it got accepted on the 7th of January. I sent the DS-230 on the 6th of Deceber and they still dont say the recived it. It all on how many they have to open. When did you send them?
