ok guys i just got off the phone with NVC and i am pissed the lady i spoke to today told me that the IV Bill was generated and i can go ahead and pay the $400.....I called just now and was told that they sent the request for the bill but it was not generated as of yet and that the only reason it allowed me to pay the IV Bill is because the DS-3032 was accepted :angry::angry: so i get so mad i start going off so the operator told me don't stress it will be fine just give us a call mid week next week to make sure the fee is credited correctly and still print the cover sheet and submit your docs once the status shows PAID...UUUUUURRRRRRGGGGHHHHH WHAT AN IDIOT I SPOKE TO TODAY AS IF I WAS DYING TO GIVE THEM MY MONEY TO SIT ON :angry::angry::angry: ....WELL I HOPE THIS LADY I JUST SPOKE TO KNOWS WHAT SHE'S TALKING ABOUT BECAUSE NOW I JUST WANT TO GO OFF ON EVERYONE :angry::angry:

Did you pay the IV bill? when it is generated it will show as NOT PAID. If it not generated it will show as not invoiced.

Just keep and eye on your accout to see when it gets deducted, then check the status... when it shows paid, print the cover sheet and your off... Don't worry about what NVC says as it is hit or miss in getting someone who actually knows the process.... Remember, these people are 3rd party customer service folks, NOT actual NVC people, we know more than most of them do (although occasionall you will find a long-timer there who has seen how this works...) But dont count on it...

I thought only the email people were 3rd party? Thought the call center were actually NVC since you speak to supervisors who can pull your file.

I paid it because per the operator i spoke to this morning the bill was generated but i had not gotten the email my hubby got an email saying DS-3032 was accepted and that the bill will be sent to me, according to the two people i spoke to tonight they said the bill status changed to NOT PAID because the DS-3032 was accepted

Give it a day or two as sometimes things get a little discombobulated and it takes a bit for the systems to catch up.... The operators at NVC are a call center that gets training on the NVC process, if you require further help, they have supervisors who are more equipped to handle this, but the operators are not actual NVC agents, just customer service and contracted...
