BTW NVC is tired of me calling so they sent a request for my AOS bill/DS-3032 yesterday they said i should get it by email within 48 hours of 1/5/09 so by tomorrow

I had one operator explain that it was not necessary to call every night... When I told her that if I dont call before going to sleep I get a big rash, scratch like a flea bitten dog and start twitching, she shut up about that and gave me my nightly dose of BS about 6-8 weeks blah, blah blah.... But I suppose that it gave her something to talk about in the lunchroom...

Lol they did the same thing to me when i got annoyed at the operater cuz i told them my email and 2 days passed and nothing. And i told him what email did you send it to and he told me a letter in the Email was S when i said F. and i was like thats wrong its F and he was was like "that was at Said Ma'ma" in an annoyed voice. And i was like i thought you said S and he said "Yes, I said S ma'ma" And i said "Well its not S its F as in FRANK!" in a very annoyed voice then he said ill get it now and i got it in a day

Lol i have maybe called NVC the whole time ive been in NVC 6 Times. Twise to see if they got my case and to get my case number. so i mean i dont think i have called much. So they should not give me a problem but sometimes they still.

Yes, I really said that one night (I called every evening about 11 PM) but I said it with my Southern accent so it sounded much sweeter...

Haha Thats cool. My ARV never updates so if i wanna know something i have to call them. And i always get worried they will yell at me lol. Thats why i have not called much.

I hated calling NVC. I was always anxious about who I was going to get. I had one guy who would refuse to listen to what I was trying to say and kept just reading what was on his screen without scrolling down to look at the additional info.

last night the operator i spoke to was very nice she said "you should get that email shortly and it will be sent to both email addresses" I called this morning and got a male he said "i see they sent a request 1/5/2010 it takes up to 48hours" i said "ooohh ok" he was like" you should get it today or by the latest tomorrow" i said "ok thank you i will follow-up this evening" he said "ok maam but you should get it today or by the latest tomorrow" i said "ok i will follow-up this evening" he was like "ok maam have a good day"
