YAY! Metro Congrats!!!!! Im so happy for you. So how long after sending did you get log in failed?

Thanks MQ!!! Soon you will have your case complete!!! We sent our DS 230 on the 23rd and they received it on the 24th. But in AVR, it states that NVC received our papers on the 29th. We have our case complete yesterday which is the 7th. Basically 8 business days from the day NVC received our papers and 6 days since NVC started reviewing our papers. It is very soon than what we are expecting. I was expecting case complete like next week. But it's all good. All we need to do is wait until we received the interview date.

I agree with that MsSheka! I think most of the operators doesn't really like what they are doing. Me and my husband decided to call NVC to confirm if our case has been completed. He called them and they said that all the papers are ready and needs to finalize to get February interview but when I called them as well to confirm if the case has been completed and they said, "yes it was completed today and we don't know when will be your interview and that would depends on the availability of the consul in the embassy..... blah blah!!!, " Normally NVC assigns interview date every second week of the month so you have to wait for the email notification.... blah blah blah! " :unsure::angry:

Which I think the operator i spoke with is reading a script. hahaha!

When I spoke with my husband, he is kinda pissed why they are telling different things in just one day... But anyway, we don't really care, we just need the interview date.

Good morning allm1235.gif ok so i finally got that whole bill thing straight so my AOS coversheet is available (shows PAID) :yes: so i am now getting everything ready i'm going to get a stapler in a few because someone decided i don't need mine so they took it home :angry::angry: but the AOS package will be in the mail today :dance::dance::dance:

AVR updated today. They received my checklist response. Now hopefully within 2 weeks i should get case complete.

my hubby did not get an automated response but he got a response the next day saying it was accepted, and i called and they confirmed that i was the agent :thumbs::thumbs: don't worry you will probably get a response today or monday :thumbs:

I got an Auomated response right after sending it, they say if you dont get a automated response it may have not gotten to the NVC mail box.

When the case is compete do they send it to my emmbasy via DHL. im worried i hope it wont get lost.

DHL called me and its lost. So now i have to file a claim to get the money i wasted to get them back. :( Good thing we already re got everything and sent it to NVC before becuase now im plaestine there's so problem with something and it gotta be for about 1 week there not giving out any documents to anyone like the birth certifcates police certificates, ect. So at least we sent all that or God knows how long it would have been.

The most ill prob get from the clam is about $100. but whatever -_-
