Are there people here who filed for AOS between October and December this year without any I-693 and just sent DS 3025 instead?

Again: Is Dr. Arnold still active? Does he entertain people from any part of the country?

I am in Santa Monica, CA and I'd like to just fax him.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I think better to ask the November filers, recently there are many who filed with I-693 and DS 3025 got I-693 RFE.

I hope it helps, but it's your discretion if you will just send DS 3025 or I-693 transcribe by CS.

Good luck

Dr. Arnold did retire in November this year and I wish him well. I was one of the last to use his I 693 services (early Nov.). We are in Florida and had no issues.

Anyone know of a similiar USCIS doc that will transcribe shot records through the mail? I do not need but there are many behind us that do. Our AOS is in the works and has been transferred to the California center. Rumor has it that is a good sign! Biometrics was a breeze.

Merry Christmas all

NOT always true. LOTS of people get approval with just having submitted the DS 3025.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Word of advice!!!.. My wife and I used the civil surgeon at Isle Of Palms and we had nothing but problems. I would suggest you use the other civil surgeon in Charleston. If you need details let me know. The office there caused us an RFE on our AOS.

I meant this to go to you not the original poster of this:

Do you have any relatives or friends from the Philippines here that are close to Charleston? My wife looking to meet other Pinays that came here from the Phils. Not much of any Philippine/American Association here in the Charleston area so it is hard to meet others here. Her closest friend from her home town came after her and lives in New York City. Hope you had a Merry Christmas and have a Happy new Year.

We filed for my husband's AOS in late November... Our biometrics was this morning, so I don't think we've gotten quite far enough to receive the RFE if we even get one... We only sent the DS from the K-1 medical in Morocco... Time will tell as to whether that was enough for our case or not...

I just sent the DS-3025 and I got an RFE on Saturday for the I-693. A few days before that we got our biometrics notice, which is in January.

It says on my RFE complete medical including vacc. I just sent the I-693, part 1, part 2 vacc. portion and part 5 civil surgeon. I called the 1-800

number and she told me that they are generic forms, but to include a letter stating K-1 and visa done back in Canada. I had already sent in the

RFE yesterday so I wrote a letter today on her advice, and I am on my way to the post office.
