I was so disappointed, I wanted to pick up an extra gift for my wife, a Nintendo DS, but that stupid thing is almost as much as an Xbox 360 or Wii now. I think I'll just buy her a game for our Wii today on my way home from work, major bummer, she would've loved rocking out some Sudoko on that bad boy lol.

My wife has been back since June 5, 2007. Now we're just livin' man, L I V I N :)

Sweet! They're so awesome eh?

I've got So Jealous and I quite like it. "Where Does The Good Go" is my fave from that album.

I'm not sure if I'll get anything else by them...how is their latest?

It's the first time they've actually collaborated together on an album, weird I know! It's very different from anything else they have made though. I like it, my favorite song is "on directing" just a great song.

So jealous is a great album... get the con - that's really great also too.

Humm, best Christmas gifts ever? When I was 7 I got a Super NES from Santa, which I was really excited about at the time... complete with Mario Paint! :)

In 2007 my then boyfriend (now awesome husband) bought me a trip to Southern California to see the NASCAR race in February. That was pretty awesome.

I haven't got any presents this year, everyone here is pretty traditional with waiting until Christmas morning. I have no idea what I'm going to get, but I think I came up with some pretty cool gifts for Bill. Hope he likes them! :)

I received a SNES when I was 7 as well and it is probably the best gift I've ever gotten. It was a joint gift for my brother and I and we were SO STOKED! My parents have it on video and it's so hilarious -- we were literally shaking with excitement.

The downside? We were at my grandparents house in rural Saskatchewan and their TV did not have the appropriate hookup ... so we had to wait to play it for three whole days! It was torture!

Come to think of it, I remember my sheer excitement when I got a SNES when I was thirteen (yep...I think that would have been the same Christmas year as yours, Ali). Prior to that I'd had a regular Nintendo...and before that I had an Atari 7200 (I'm old!). The SNES was actually the last video game system I owned. My wife has a DS that I am currently in possession of, and I might buy one for myself after Christmas. I'm addicted to Clubhouse Games and New York Times Crosswords...

Awww that's so cute!

I think part of the reason I remember is so well is because it was the last Christmas I got to spend with my dad. So there's some sentimental value there as well. I still have it and it still works! I just need to blow in it to get it to start and you can touch it while its playing or it freezes!

I've always been a Nintendo nerd. I've had every system they've ever put out minus the game boy color. We had the first Nintendo, super NES, Nintendo 64, the Nintendo Gamecube, the Wii, and the original gameboy, gameboy advanced and the nintendo DS. I don't think I'll get the DSi though, It's pretty much the same thing as the original DS with a camera and some other unnecessary bells and whistles.

where does the good go is one of my favourites off the album too!! i went to a concert of theirs in winnipeg and they were discussing that they didn't actually work together which seems so strange because what they write really does seem to flow. i like you guys so much more now :P
