Ballmer At It Again, This Time Fires An Employee For Not Yelling Out Bing!?

Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer is quite famous for his flamboyant on stage performances! Although he tries hard to 'act different' but more often than not he ends up

. He reminds me of those kids in 6 grade who act like clowns just make sure they don't go unnoticed by girls of their class. So, what happened this time you might be wondering.. If the following YouTube video is to be believed then Ballmer got annoyed and blown off because one of his employees was not enthusiastic about Ding oops… Bing! Ballmer in his usual way was repeatedly yelling Bing.. Bing at a meeting. The employee in the video was then asked by Ballmer to yell out Bing. On failing to do so, Ballmer fired him on the spot. Although the authenticity of the video is still not 100% confirmed but I won't be surprised if this real. Earlier there have been incidents when Ballmer bullshitted and insulted MS employee for carrying iPhone. This time around a poor employee got fired just because he did not yell out Bing infront of Ballmer. How can a company expect creativity and innovation from its employee under such leadership? This is sick.

it is okay if you want to believe him.... i don't.

Didn't say I wanted to believe him, I simply asked for you to back up your claim with something other than 4 letter words. I guess you can't.

The distinction is nearly impossible to ascertain, given the reports.

Someone actually reported this? Seriously? I certainly didn't report the posts, and I suspect DEDixon didn't either. In that case, how could someone else possibly care? I guess this thread has given us yet another mystery.

Perhaps, but I thought the exchange was pretty entertaining, and I bet DEDixon was having a ball too. It's a shame that we have to be so careful about what we say in OT.
