FWIW, there has been some policy change about foreign spouse of deceased USC. If I understand this policy change, the the OP actually has some 'rights' to follow through with the rest of the process, and can come to the USA, receive the green card.

So, his current problem is to get 'sponsered' for the I-864.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Damn, you caught us algeria16, yes, we are all liars because we secretly work for the govt task force to prevent and discourage immigration, and this site is set up to confuse wanna be immigrants.... unfortunatly you outsmarted us and got the visa anyway... However, I am sure there are some other clueless souls out there that we can ** up with our misinformation!!!

3/11/2013: interview.. Approved

4/4/2013. : Oath! Now a U.S. citizen!
